Every great project starts with a kick-off meeting. On 23th of January the official kick-off meeting took place in Brussels with our project officer. We had half a day of time to discuss the project structure, expected outcomes, the discussion based exercise as well as the full scale exercise. After the meeting we had the possibility to visit the heart of the Union Civil Protection Mechanism. The Emergency Response and Coordination Center also known as ERCC.
